CCFRI — FAQ

Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI) / ChildcareBC is British Columbia's childcare assistance program. It helps eligible families pay for licensed childcare so parents can work, attend school, or participate in job training. The program is run by Ministry of Children and Family Development (BC) (BC Ministry of Children and Family Development).

Families must have income at or below undefined% of the undefined, have a child under age 12, and have an active work, school, or training schedule.

CCFRI reduces fees at the provider level for all families. ACCS recipients may have $0 co-pay depending on income. Exact amounts are calculated based on gross family income and family size.
