What you'll find in an inspection report
The Ministère de la Famille inspects all permitted centres and milieux familiaux. Inspection results and permit status are verifiable through the Ministry's provider search tool.
Inspection type

Citations and violations
Listed as specific regulatory code violations. The severity level (minor, moderate, serious) determines corrective action timelines.

Capacity and ratios
